When Your Home’s Away From Home

This shoot was from the end of August; if you look at the pictures, you’ll notice my daughter in the top middle with her boyfriend, AKA my third son.

These pictures remind us that even when our kids aren’t physically around, they’re always with us and we are always with them, a feeling that my ‘third son’s’ mom will understand, too. So while my “home” isn’t in our house every night, I know she’s always in my phone texting me about the squirrels she saw on campus, or asking for cooking tips, or just checking in. “Home” is what you make of it.
