I did my first “faux” glitter sessions last night. It was so much fun letting the kids pretend and then figuring out creative ways to get the looks we wanted. Miss J wasn’t thrilled about getting her pictures taken, but you can’t tell from the pics!
As you can see, the theme of Walter’s shoot was the Eric Carle children’s book, “The Hungry Little Caterpillar.” This was such a fun theme to make and Walter served as the perfect hungry little caterpillar! He thoroughly enjoyed his cake.
Something I’ve learned doing photography is that families come in all shapes and forms. It’s beautiful to see families like this one come together over time, like a quilt with different unique pieces being stitched together to form one big masterpiece.
I’ve been shooting this girl and her family for years! Now, she’s all grown up and getting ready to graduate and start her own adventure. Time flies, but I’m thankful to have gotten to watch her and her siblings blossom into beautiful young adults!
This couple radiated pure love for each other. When I got to shoot them, I admired the respect and friendship they shared with one another. It’s an amazing feeling to have found your person in life, and it was clear that these two did just that.
